Rommy / Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Effective date: 19 August 2026 · Provider: Rommy ("we") · info@rommy.world
1. Service
Rommy sells prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for use in the destinations listed at checkout. Plans are delivered digitally as a QR code / activation code immediately after payment confirmation.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old. No account is required for standard purchases; you are responsible for the accuracy of the e-mail address or device you receive the eSIM on.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in USD. Payment is accepted in supported cryptocurrencies at the exchange rate quoted at checkout; the quote is valid for the period shown. Underpaid or late transactions may fail; overpayments are refunded on request minus network fees.
4. Delivery & activation
Delivery occurs when the activation QR code is made available to you. Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at the destination, unless stated otherwise on the plan.
5. Fair use
Plans are for personal use in end-user devices. Resale, commercial redistribution, machine-to-machine use and abuse of "unlimited" plans beyond fair-use thresholds may be restricted.
6. Device compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked. See our compatibility list; incompatibility of a locked device is not a service defect.
7. Refunds
See the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Liability
Mobile coverage is provided by third-party network operators and may vary by location, device and network load. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law; otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract, capped at the amount paid for the affected order.
9. Consumer withdrawal
By purchasing you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal expires once delivery has begun (§ 356(5) BGB). Our Refund Policy applies independently of this.
10. Governing law
German law applies; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. EU consumers may use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
